| Working hours | From 8:25 AM to 5:00 PM (including 60 minutes break) |
| Holidays / vacation | 2 holidays a week (Total annual holidays: 120 days) Annual regular holidays (paid): From 10 to 20 days; Special holidays for marriage and mourning |
| Salary rise | Once a year (June) Determined through strict evaluation based on skills and faithfulness. |
| Bonus | Twice a year (June and December) |
| Retirement allowance | The sum is calculated through multiplication of stipulated rate according to the length of service. The allowance shall be paid for employees with three or more years of service. |
